Dexless Bandit Funding

How should I go bout' funding my level 43 bandit. He's dexless, intended to use a fan/kebab for my end-game weapon. Should I blow half of my money on an attack shield, half on a luk sauna? Save up for a 100+ fan? My budget, if all sells as planned, is about 700 million. This number could change, but just I'm aiming for 700 mil.

Weapon first peripherals second. Priority:Wep>atk shield>sauna>Earrings>You get the frign point

Should I buy a 100+ atk kebab/fan first? I mean, I'm not even 65/75 yet.

Well, Kebob is most important, shield comes second. If you can't get a 20 att shield or higher, Dexless is NOT the way to go. Which you can't do. I highly suggest you go LowDex-LowSTR-Dit. The reason being is that in the high levels, the 100-150 AP you'll spend on Dex+Luk will be overweighed by the attack you can gain from your High Levelled Dagger+Dragon Khanjar. I have 100 base DEX and 25 base STR. 100 AP= about 14 att (at around like 14x). That 14 att is EASILY gained from upgrading to a Kanzir, not to mention the 15 Att clean from the Dr.Khanjar.

Switching up the build will take quite a few levels O_o I'm not remaking this guy, as I have a nice set of eyes/hair on him, and he has nice event chairs I have 200 luk and 25 dex. Reading a guide said that you should convert from luk to str at level 80 o_o So then I should get a luk top/dex bottom instead of a luk sauna? This changes up everything o_o
