Some guy dropped a Toymaker Hat (30m-ish) outside the pot shop. Naturally I got it. It's clean and now he's asking for it back. First he says he got it for 10m, then 25m and then 20m. o-o Should I take pity and bestow him with it or keep it for myself. I've always wanted one. :D

I would probably give it back, just cuz I always feel this overwhelming sense of guilt when I scam someone -f3- But then again, he DID drop it so obviously he didnt want it.
