Can you get Dual blade mastery books from drops

Hey, can you get Dual Blade Mastery books from monster drops/Boss drops? I dont want to pay with the NX because I think its useless wasting money for this class.

slash storm and tornado spin i think you have to pay nx for but mirror image and flying assaulter both drop from monsters.

All the mastery scrolls drop from monsters, but all of the monsters are late 3rd job/4th job-level monsters, like ~100. Also, the NX scrolls are 100%, the dropping scrolls are 50%.

there is actually a slash storm mastery book that was dropped, i saw it on the fm sold for 230mil ~.~ it should only be worth at MOST 29mil since its 2900nx, not only that but its only 50% and the cs one is 100%

A guy i know said "If people can spent 300 mill plus for a skill book, whats 30-80m for one" and even tho im not really fond of the guy he is right. Just see if you can buy the nx books from your buddies or any reputable nx seller. It is not really that much of a waste if you look at it like that.

i thought like u have to buy the mastery books from cs? cuz it maxes the skill lvl to 20? and the skill books onli adds sp to that skill? but if u dont buy the cs max lvl thing, it's the same thing as using skill book? @>@ i m so confused lol

Of course, I would expect the prices to take a huge dive in a couple weeks, so if you guys know how to play the wait game, I would recommend it

It's level 121. Lyka/Raika is the fire-based bull-like boss in the Path of Oblivion in the Time Temple. It's level 141.
