How does picking characters for Tespia works?

I've posted this in two threads and nobody has replied to me both times, so... Uhm. Can anyone PM me or reply here on how picking characters for Tespia works? I'm still contemplating which of my characters to pick too. When you copy a char over does it copy over the char including it's level and stats and everything? Is exp boosted or something?(Since someone said go make a Hero in another thread. Seems like it would be hard to do without the leeching/NX for 2x and such) If you want to have a class on Tespia that you currently do not have, do you just make a new level 1 char and copy it's info over then train it up? This stuff is kinda confusing me.

My Characters: KonArtist - 86 Broa Chief Bandit

Click Copy Character. Check the box next to the Upload Image Enter your Login ID in the text box Go to a new line Enter the character name Everything assosiated with the character will be copied to Tespia. Storage, MTS, Cash shop items won't go to TEspia. Or you can make a new character on Tespia. If its like last time, EXP and drop will be increased x10 Also, for testing purposes, last time Cody in Henesys was an NPC to get free items. Free mesos, instant level ups, free Ilbi throwing stars, free arrows, skillbooks, masterybooks. Quote me if you need help

but when you copy character, remember that it doesn't transfer over to GMS. oh, and yes, you can make a lv 1 character and copy it.
