Must I max slash storm?

I didn't buy the book because I was short in nx and in a hurry to train. To make the lv55 advancement, I used the sp meant for slash storm to max booster, mastery and endure. I still have 20 sp resets and can now afford it. Should I buy or is it okay to skip?

Its kind of a waste because I have it maxed out and it does 300 total on Rombots and im a level 42.

I was also thinking that, but I looked at information about dbs and it says slash storm is needed to max some other storm skill.

I bet you're one of the people who uses Fatal Blow instead of Triple stab Lol Its a pre-req for Bloody storm so yea, you kinda need it.

Yes, because max slash storm is needed for bloody storm, which is a very useful skill. The skill is also not that bad at all.
