In over 5 years of playing MapleStory, this has been the best year so far. I believe it has been the best year as I became richer than my friend who had always been rubbing it into my face how noob I was at merching (because he lost all his mesos from the meso exploit removal) and also, I finally hit level 180 on my Hero! 20 more levels to go until level 200! It might take me another year or so but hopefully I'll get there. :P Also, the exploits throughout the year (Perfect Pitch and Donation Box) have helped me A LOT with my fundings too. (Thanks Chris ;] - When you're unbanned you can have that 14 atk Pac back). Do you agree with me that 2010 has been the best year? I'd agree if I made any money off the exploits. I did not. plus I played in 2008 with all my friends and it was the most fun I had in maple. now I just level, gain, and lose money.

2010 is my renasaince time. Made more then 500m off merching. Rollbacks were bad yes but good things happen to good people. Play legit and with respect. That's pro.

Sorry to be a pessimist, but useless nx-only events, shortened 2x compared to that of prior years during the anniversary, a huge slum of rollbacks because nexon doesn't know how to handle things...I wouldn't call that the best...especially compared to other years, imo.

I think late 07-08 was the best year of this game. It's pretty much gone down hill after that.

Well, I got to level 120 at the end of '09, and gained 20 levels since, so I'd say it's been pretty decent.
