Can DBs get a MoN now?

Im not sure if Dbs can get a MoN as of right now.. so can anyone help me out?

yes they can, on my CWK run there was a DB buyer standing next to me in the boss room...

i could get into the first room , but then the second room said you must be level 90. my aran couldn't get into that room so i think it's possible that DBs can get MoN

Some people say DB can go in and loot a MoN but can't go around help doing the pq.
