Dagger Booster Speed or Time Duration?

I am a level 34 Bandit and new to the bandit class. So here is my question in clear terms. What's the difference between the levels of dagger booster. Does the amount of speed it gives ever change? Or does the level of dagger booster only determine the length the buff lasts? Thanx in advance(:

Booster never changes the speed except for by aran. It adds 10 secs per level.

Yes, so hypothetically (sp?) you can put 1 point into it, and still be as good as someone who maxed it, although recasting every 10 seconds would be annoying. Thats why the norm is to put 3 into it early on, 30 seconds is good enough for what you will be using it for. Until later on.
