Difference in HP and MPbetween an instant lvl 30 and lvl 1.

I know i already made a thread on this but then i recently heard that the instant lvl 30 hp is fixed or something... thanks :D

it was fixed. i started at lvl 30 got a signifigant HP boost last patch/sc
