Its a heavenly katara 47 atk (4 above same atk as a reg. 80 katara) and a 8% crit rate, and some other kind useless stat added by the potential of anyone knows that'd be cool :D

id sell it for idk 15-20m bcuz it has 8% crt rate but just to let you know getting higher atk then reg is not surprising at kents today this bowmaster showed me a clean lvl 70 katara with 53 atk no potential.

it shouldnt boost much because its pretty useless unless you have an SE mule
