After a Rollback are you suppose to get back spent NX?

Title! Cause I spent 2k on a 4hour 2x exp card and now I lost the card, and the NX. Is the nx suppose to be returned? I mean i lost 6 levels but I'm more pissed about the NX, cause I was saving my last 6k for exp cards =/

A ticket don't even work T-T.... last rb I used a 2x card and they only gave me back 1/2 of it. I sent a ticket, nothing and they say they gave it already.

I think only 2x cards have a problem...the rollback that affected all servers like 1-2 weeks ago gave me back the nx i spent.

But nexon is responsible for giving the NX When you've boughten it. He could claim he never got it..
