This math is good.. But who says you'll do all of that in a row? MS has a scroll system not an item one o_o; In simple terms, all scrolls run on a cycle it's not based on the item.

well thanks but couldnt u have posted this during school? not summer vacation but honestly this really helps a lot but bad luck>math i blew up 6 mambas so far i used potential and enhancements on all of them 2 potentials blew up 3 enhancements blew up nd a 70% scroll blew up the 6th and i used all 60-70%s on them only 2 70%s im going for my 7th order of scrolls im using 30%>60>60>60>60>60>60(if it goes well)>90% potential scroll>enhancing>cubing wish me luck

Well this is experimental. the person saying doing it in a row. Well I never really did the math for this but it explains why people are blowing up their items with "good" success rates. :P

From a mathematical point of view; the numbers are correct. Too bad it's Maple Story. Each scroll has the specific % of success and fail, it has nothing to do with a lesser chance to pass a i.e 60% than the previous one. Why do you think people fail several 60%s in a row which, from a mathematical point of view, has an even lesser chance to occur? Conclusion: Your math is correct, but it does not apply to Maple. All scrolls have an individual % of working and is not related to the previous scrolls.
