How to actually fill out Tespia character form?

Would anyone like to provide input as to how they actually filled out the event submission form? I basically put down the login ID and the IGN of the character that I would like to copy over to the server. Any idea if this is actually the correct info? o.o

What form, were you selected, if yes could you show a SS of the form so we could get a better idea of what your talking about.

The drop down list is locked. I just checked the box saying you don't need a picture submitted and then put the following in the textbox (Censored my account name): Account: *********** Character: Dephlogiston

Can we make new characters in Tespia because I would like to make a Nightlord instead of Night walker *feels nooby compared to Lvl 161 and 151*

It's pretty simple. Account Login: (Name you used to log into the site) Character: (Name of character you wish to copy to Tespia)
