Ok, so there was a rollback on July 23/24, and I ended up losing 20k nx from it. The first ticket I submitted didn't get a reply. But I sent the exact same ticket AGAIN today and this was what happened: http://yfrog.com/miamazingkp pretty funny if you ask me. should i submit another ticket? EDIT: as of 8:12 pm EST i submitted another ticket, this time including the codes and more information on the issue, hopefully it doesnt get auto-closed EDIT # 2: 7 minutes after i submitted another ticket, look what happened: http://yfrog.com/epamazing2p

I'd try taking out the "I would like to request if you can add back the 20,000 nx to the account", and just state something like, "What should I do about my lost 20k nx?" instead. B/c im sure they get tons of those lies everyday. Also, check you grammar! Your as bad as Nexon! XD jk

I love that lmao the rollback wasent scheduled. Really sucks for you though keep on trying, thats srsly messed up. Let them know that you have the emailed reciet as well and you can prove that you purchased the nx with it.

they probably close hundreds of tickets like this after every rollback from people who are trying to take advantage of the chaos and get themselves a few thousand NX points for free... it just sucks that you were telling the truth
