1. Are they only available in events? 2.Do they increase speed? 3.Are there any permanents cash mounts?If not how long iis its expiraion date? ty

1) No. Look under Equips and then Mounts. 2) No. They are only for looks. 3) No. They last 90 days.

1. No they van be purchased regardless however some mounts can only be obtained through certain events. 2. No they are just covers for your current mount. If let's say one player has a watch hog and the otherh as a silver mane and they both decide to buy a yeti cover then the one with the silver mane will be faster. 3. I'm not sure about this one i've never checked it out but just go to a mount cover in the cs, press the buy and see if you can purchase it permanently.

The tiger I got in my dual blade package added 40% speed and 20% speed but thats the dual blade event one
