Not like rep family. But family as in some player going up to their friend and saying "Hey mom." That is pretty creepy. So tell me, what in MapleStory makes you cringe?

Agreed, topic-starter. Me? People that have the impulsive need to ask for the stats of your wg or other equip, then they follow up by being a jerk by saying a higher stat on theirs. Like, really, dude? How proud do you feel about bigger numbers on your screen in a meaningless game? Maybe on your bank account online, I'd understand.

I have to agree with the mom dad grampa sister brother and whatever. I get it if theyre actually like their mother (one of my guild mates plays maple with her son) but then i saw someone else calling them mom and found it slightly creepy.

Yeah, it is a little strange. I couldn't imagine calling someone other than my real mom my mom. Just doesn't sit well with me.
