You all want proper compensations for rollbacks then fight for it. You keep whining about how you think nexon takes more money then they should so type them a nice ticket or forum post stating how you want them to actually make a database backup earlier then 8-24 hours. Sure your game will lag more but hey, at least you won't get rolled back very far.

I agree with you. If people want something to be done, they have to DO something other than make basil threads, Nexon doesn't check basil, the only way to be heard is to ticket.

I love all these threads, it's so delicious with drama. But onto the main point: I somewhat agree though. Nobody really is doing anything but complain, so we should do whatever we can. But, logging tickets = 4 year wait.

She is a GM yes but from what it seems she's just pretty much the "pretty face for the TV cameras", or a spokesperson who just relays the information she's given. She can pass along the information to the developers and such yes, but it's much better in my opinion to give the feedback directly to Nexon, instead of hoping a representative will be browsing at the very moment you post, and does pass along your input. Again, not trying to argue with you, that's just my personal opinion.

[/quote] yah but i seems like your suggesting logging a ticket because other then a phone call that as close as you can get and last time i checked posting to hime >ticket becuase at least i get some sort of reaspose instead of auto reply bots -_-
