Is the increase in drop rates permanent, or a limited event?

| As the title says, I'm wondering if the new 10X drop rate and decreased equipment NPC prices is permanent or not. Did this increased rate come out in KMS first? Did it stay forever there? |

| lol@peekamoo but yeah, its permanent. beware that not all monsters have this upgrade however, including sakura celion, which i grinded for 3 hours in hopes of finding red china......... i think anything that doesnt drop event things(top secret DB scrolls, owl stickers etc.) doesn't have upgraded drop chances |

| MP will be given out on friday most likely or on the day of the event, from what i've heard all the people that got rolled back didn't get their MP yet so my guess is it's during the day of the X2 event. |
