Question for all 4th jobbers

Alrite this relates to Chains of hell and final cut. From what i understand they are not one of the "starting" 4th job skills, are they acquired through a quest (like a bowmen's hurrincae) or do you have to get the book from zakum in order to put a point into the skills? That is, if i dont have the zakum book il never be able to Chains of hell and final cut? Or is final cut and chains of hell acquired through a quest, then you can raise it to level 10 but to raise to 30 you need the zakum book?

Not sure about final cut but CoH is a zakum drop...and CoH lvls straight to 30, same with final cut iirc

hmm so i guess then unless you get the zakum book you will be unable to put points into COH and fina cut
