Before potential came out it was 250mil. Now that potential has come out it has deflated.

Have you noticed the decline in Chaos Scroll prices since Hidden Potential. Well, I'm seeing the same decline in PACs and WGs.

Like MouseTipsy said, it's because of the new scrolls+the duping and what not. Edit: Also, the new scrolls are causing a lot of merchants to blow up their godly stuff and going bankrupt and such.
