What Degree are you going to get?

I Just wanted to know what degrees maplers get. Imma get a professor's degree in Psychology in Uni. But that doesn't necessarily mean i want to be a professor, i mite work for the FBi or something before I become a professor so I can have Awesome lectures! (BTW it's Masters, PHD, Professors) So what degree are you going to major in in University?

maybe law or business. parents are pushing me into a medical field but they'll understand if I choose differently. edit: still in HS

Cool! I wanted to be a lawyer, but then i wanted to be a chef and and artist and an HR manager for the company my dad works at. But i choose psychology because i want to study why people do the stupid things they do. That and writing up investigations is my specialty!

Maybe Biochemistry and Chemistry then move on to Culinary school and minor in Behavioural/Social Psychology (Thats Where all the experiments are XD). That way I can be a chef of like a Psychologist. I want to disprove/prove something really cool though. With that I could even work for the BAU in the FBI (Like on Criminal Minds)

Firstly best of luck with the academic crusade. As for being a professor, I think you'll need to be quite an expert in your specialised field - through research. Teaching (including supervising doctorial candidates) is probably part of what a professor might do.

probably programming and computers. I'm currently studying for my sat in november. Aiming for carnegie mellon. Or cornell or Duke might be nice since they support fencing :D as for the degree, HOPEFULLY masters, if not bachelor x.x
