Help with Ninja Storm!

How do I obtain Ninja Storm? I've been trying to find the sealed letter but, not slice. Please teach me how to get this skill I really need it!

You need to find the letter, there's no way to do the quest without it. xD Megami's stickied guide has all the details about how to obtain the skills in 4th job. xD

I managed to find it in the FM for 5m, but that was after hunting the monsters that drop it for a while. Like Orange said, check out the guide. I think it drops from one of the Pirates in Ludi, one of the ones deep in the Clocktower.

Regular and Dual Ghost Pirates drop 'em in Ludi, and so do the Maverick Type A's in Neo City. xD

I thought only Dual Ghost Pirates dropped them? Anyway, I hunted the letter for 4+ hours.... never found one and ended up buying it from the FM. =_=; It's really hard to find.

Yea their hard to find, ask your Sader or DK friends if they find one to sell it to you, since they usually train there. Otherwise, you might as well look for it in Fm, I spent two days and couldn't find it >_>.

For reference the letter goes for 10 - 50M in Scania. It's HEAVILY reliant on supply and demand. Basically... however much they charge for it, you can pay for it, or you can just not get the letter. This is sadly due to there only being >5 of these letters in the FM most of the time.

[/quote] I was kinda skeptical of Basil's list for 'em, but one of my friends found one at Maverick Type A's. xD I don't rec' Maverick Type A's for 'em though since their spawn is kinda bleh. xD

Go to Dual Ghost Pirates and keep cc-ing during hot hours of the day. There are a lot of warriors and arans training there because of the godly mobbing and great experience. So chance is that one of those channels might have someone who's found one. But, if you're 126, you should be focusing on getting shadow stars to 10, TT to 20 and mw to 10 before getting storm.

Finally found the Letter [= I surfed channels and killed a few pirates and eventually got the letter.
