I have maxed it so late now at level 101 and even after maxing bloody storm, which IMO should have been left at 1.. Why is it amazing? Instead of assaulting a mob into 1, then BSing it and going past it, FAing to the next, and BSing past it etc, till u get to the end of the map and have to FA back to gather them to a whole mob and continuing to US them, you just FA>TS into one large mob all the way across the map. Not only does this let you hit ones gathered from the beginning all the way through, but kills them off halfway through the map gathering and lets you spend less time FA/BSing back to gather into a group or waiting for them to run to you. This also causes less US's needed to kill off a mob because it is already heavily damaged by FA+TS. For end game training at say, OBV4, FATSUS is 100% the way to go. Actually, any map where you will be mobbing back and forth will be FATSUS friendly, such as Kents or Gallos. I will try to upload a video to youtube or something soon once I learn to use fraps or something. Never really used anything like that before. CONDENSED VERSION - Get Tornado Spin. Superior mobbing skill.
