Potential scrolls and enhancemnt scrolls?

Where do u get them i heard if u make a new character and make him lvl 10 + u get ur job advancement u get a potential scroll + magnifying glass Idk Sooo can anyone tell me what monsters drop them and if its true about the lvl 10 thingy? ty

pretty sure it's just the magnifying glass, and it needs to be a new ACCOUNT.

unless the new char is on a new account, that is lies. and supposedly, scrolls drop from all monsters, but we still need to hunt to see if it's true

Ohhh, OKay so their like the maple leave where any monster could drop only that their not so common? :D ANd what are the differences between advance and regular enhancement scrolls?
