Capping dual blade dex

Hey guys, I am making a dual blade (level 40 right now) but I am really worried about high levled blades and daggers. Example: Level 100 katara: requires 140 dex. If most people cap their dex at 70-90, then...how do i get 140 dex? 90 base dex+5 from miscellaneous equips,=95+15 from scrolled level 35 overall=110 dex. so..where do I get the other 30?

zhelm + Deputy star + dex earrings/shoes/cape or whatever it's not hard to get 30 dex

I capped mine at 60, but so far I can only use the LV. 60 blade. IDK what else to upgrade =
