Well I would never and have never tried anything like this, so I guess that's good for them since even if it is legal I would ever partake in such things.

Doesn't matter to me. I don't plan on ever doing drugs (obviously outside of prescriptions) so I won't be effected. If anything majorly bad happens, then they'll just make it illegal again and we can finally blame the public that voted for it's legalization, then rub it in their faces that it really is bad for you and it's all their fault... not saying that it WILL happen, just one of many possibilities that popped into my mind.
