Where to start my beginner?

I have been trying to think where to start, I can't decide in Galacia, or Khaini. I plan on getting it to lv30+ Then probably inactive once in a while, my main is in Bera. And I got an IGN for it mmk. If there is any guild community or anything? My other account with my beginners got hacked including my old scania character. so yea :P. Mk thank you!~

Khaini! <3 hai cutiee. But seriously, Galicia is alright, but no MTS is a hassle. There are a lot of beginners in Khaini, so hang out here!
