Starting a Bowman

hey guys.. im thinking of starting a bowman i have around 400-500m funding with a 12 att wg im wondering what i should get im still not sure between cbow and bow yet. I just need ure advice and tips..btw im in EMS

You don't really need anything besides that awesome workglove for now. 100% your weapons and overalls until your 70's and 80's and beyond. I don't know if EMS has Scissors of Karma yet. If they do, a Zhelm at level 50 wouldn't be too bad to boost up your damage and STR (to stay as low as possible for maximum damage). That's pretty much it. ... I think I forgot something. *waits to be corrected*

same as above, but get a nice pac at 50, like 3/8-10 dex.

And while most people don't think it's worth the trouble, starting STRless (but converting to low STR at 90-100) will give you more damage (if you can get your hands on the Maple bows).

i have a lvl 71 hermit already and i was thinking of restarting it but with all the inflation in ems its realy nor worth it. i currently have this spearman i wanted to get to dk but arans have just come to ems and its every anoying seeing them do better dmg and lvling faster then me...even when i train on 8x

[/quote] Yes it will, but personally I went normal STR and capped my STR at 67 (I think) and have enough STR to wield a Neschere with a couple of STR leftover. If I push it, it's possible to go above 120 STR. Being a lowSTR archer isn't hard since their weapon requires STR = level, whereas thieves: weapon requirement DEX = level + 40. :P

Why making a night lol when you can make any other not narutard job. Now that you made the wise decition of making an archer, you just need to pick the right one who fits your playing style, imo xbow are more defensive and powerfull while bow are more aggresive and faster.

if u plan on going low str or str less i would recommend Xbow just because they require less str than bows but are slower than bows.

Sorta bad timing to start a bowman. Would have been better if you started sooner to get the Crit ring.
