Item name in red?

Well I know there's the whole gray, white, orange, blue, purple, yellow thing, but today I saw an item with a red name in an item smega. I forgot to take an ss though so... But it didn't have any stars or potential stats, and I also have never seen red named items before... Is that perfect stat or something? o-o
