Level 20 job advancement?

Hey Basilers, I just hit 21 on my DB and it hasn't given me a job advance yet, I've been doing all the quests, did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance~~

do have have any more [Required] quests in your log? you gotta finish all of them until ryden lets you in.

the last quest before the advance is collecting medals from monsters. 4 monsters I believe. Plus it doesn't matter really when you advance as long as it's before 29.
