Equipping explorer ring?

Someone told me that I can't equip the Explorer critical ring and the Aran's ring at the same time. Is this true since I don't want to waste my time lvling a char to 50 if it is. Also, which one would be more useful?

Probbley the Aran Ring since they nerfed the Crit.Ring.

ur a str cb, the lilins ring is better for you anyways, the +9 stats bonus from it is far greater than the 2 att and 10% crit

they take off the critical on the critical ring? thought they only take off the critical on the cruel ring.....
