Where do I get that for the job advancement I'm lost sorry! Help?

I think you hit those crystal ball things that are on the pedistals. OR something along that line. Sry if this didnt help.

from the room that you meet the girl at, you go all the way to the left and enter, there should be crystal ball things on pedistals, hit them with your normal attack and they will drop the glass marble (warning, might take a insanely long time, took me like 10 minutes to get mine)
