Did % equips and potential items make a lot of ppl lose?

Did it? apparently, my 17 attk SCG is now worth less than 700m because it doesnt have any potential or anything. So, did my net worth go down by A LOT? It was around 7-8b, and now ppl tell me my items are worth like 3-4b? What should I do? Should I potential scroll everything and risk destroying it?

Honestly, you should have just sold it before the patch. However, if you're feeling lucky, go ahead and try to potential it.

Yeah, you should potential your equips. Make sure you use adv. ones though, so there is less risk [note: LESS risk, not no risk =D]

What for potential prices to stablize a bit, right now everything seems overpriced. But yes, your net worth did drop from not having potential items. Although it should rise a little once things settle down from the inital excitment. The greater the risk the bigger the reward - I've heard stories of people creating awesome potential equips (and lots of money) and many of people blowing up their eng-game/most valuable equips because of the potential and enhancement scrolls.

Well what i think will happen is potential equips prices will go down cause u see good ones everywhere ppl just think there super godly when there are tons of others being made that are better then theres prices will drop on potential items i think

Possibly. I'd personally rather potential an item after. Some items can't be potential as a drop. Let's use sauna robes as an example. Would you rather potential one and THEN scroll? Or would you rather buy a bunch and get say, some 10%s to work and scroll it up before using potential. If the potential blows it up then you lose all that work.. but the that's just one scroll's odds while all the scrolls combined to make a godly item have a much higher chance at failing. If you mess up the first slot you might as well start over while if it's potential then you'd keep using it. In the long run, this means you're down one slot.. or more if you fail again. In conclusion, I'd personally rather scroll and then use a potential scroll.. for items that can't be dropped with potential.

well they just came, it's like when hammer came, a lot of item that were perfect are not anymore, also a lot of people lost their items

These new scrolls always have ability to blow it up, not to forget it made old godly scrolled items worth WAY less.

[/quote] It does not reset to the point before. It randomizes the Potential stats, and re-hides them. Also, possibly improving the rating.
