Losing my ring and 14 lvls

| On July 13th I got my ring mule to lvl 50 then I took a short break. Yesterday I went back on and I found that my ring mule was only lvl 36 and I lost all my items I got from lvl 36-50 including the ring. Is it a glitch? |
