It logically makes sense, because the characters that can become mechanics are from a technologically advanced country, at least more so then the ones everyone body else came from.

This is gonna be competing with Sair for the top spot in DPS. Battleship to riding a machine. Looks like it's following the Sairs class. SO expect it to attack really fast and it will prob be doing a lot of dmg too.
