capping str and dex for bandit

| Hey guys im a bit confused about when i should be capping my str and dex im currently level 112 i have 107 base dex and 38 base str i have been inactive on my bandit for quite some time, and i feel like i messed up my stats pretty bad what would be the best time to cap my dex and str for a fairly poor funded dit? (around 200m-400m) is my dit beyond being fixed? |

| Your stats aren't exactly the best, but they're not the worst either. Try using the AP resets that nexon gave you to bring the dex down to below 100. Your str should be fine, but just try to get your dex somewhere below 100. |
