What equips should I have at Lvl. 43?

Considering money isn't really an option. (THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU IMMEDIATELY TELLING ME TO GET A 18 ATT WG AND 30 DEX SHOES) What should my equips be ? I wanna keep my base dex at around 80-85 if that helps.

i just kept it cheap. Bamboo hat, Marine Shadow stuff. Rental dagger. Black Snowshoes with a little dex on em. Why spend money on the fast levels? Your just gonna have to replace it in like 10 levels anyway.
