Well i wonder if i can do quest to get my level 50 Weapon from Cassandra? if yes then untill what level can i get weapons from her. Thanks in advice.

Yes, you get one at lvl 50, no blades though. The weapon rental stops at lvl 70 like PowPowHammer said.
