Unnamed Dark Scroll

I got a unnamed scroll and I want to know what it does? It's a dark scroll given to me by Cassandra after completing the ' Dual Blade: Top Secret ' event quest. I tried dropping and picking it back up but apparently it can't be picked up once dropped, it's unnamed, and I'm guessing untradeable as well. P.S: When I say it's unnamed, I mean it won't show the name in my inventory, or in shops. It doesn't show any kind of effects either.

I tossed mine. I think it might be a glitched item. I tried trading it anyways, untradeable and it was no use to me.

40% scroll =P Adds +4 of a stat instead of +5. no biggie.

We as of basilmarket community think that nexon has yet to finish codeing the dark scrolls. Most likley it is 30% kartara.
