people who thought corsairs did more dpm than buccanairs might be wrong.they might have forgot about critical.so can any1 recalculate the dpm with critical

... Even so, Corsairs attack much faster without delay. Unless you were talking about post Big Bang, in which case, I don't think anyone has much of an idea, though in general, it should still hold fairly true.

Buccaneers' damage is always calculated with speed infusion since it is assumed that you have it (because you should) at level 120.

Even if Buccs had higher DPM than Sairs WITH critical, which they don't, that would be a pointless measure of damage because DPM only matters at bosses.

[/quote] -clap clap- This is pretty much it. Buccs can hit higher, but Corsairs are still faster + Buccaneers aren't too impressive at most bosses compared to Corsairs in most situations.

I have both a Buccaneer and a Corsair. I can easily say that Corsairs are far more powerful than Buccs on 1v1, especially at bosses since Buccaneers can't access stun mastery.
