I Dont Get Potential Items

So like I go through the FM and I see like +10 dex clean earrings for lets say 200m. I go to another store and see 10 dex earrings, 0 slots for near the same price... Am I just not getting something here, why would 10 dex earrings 5 slots be the same price as 10 dex earrings 0 slots. Also in the MTS... I still see like 11 dex earrings for 20-25k nx... That makes no sense when they aren't even good anymore...

Umm, think about it like this. There's 2 types of scrolling the "clean" ones can still be scrolled with regular scrolls the "scrolled" ones can still be potentialed so both of them are "unfinished" Another thing is that with the potential system, more people are interested in getting % than straight numbers like dex unless it's their secondary stat in a low-stat build.

Passing 5x 70% without destroying is much more expensive and harder to do than finding an earring and throwing some random glasses on it. Scrolled items won't really deflate alot, I suppose.
