All in the title, would the 2x gm buff stack with a 2x card during the 2x event?

The event 2x can stack w/ DB gm event 2x and nx 2x card, also ring mules.. I think Hs cant go along w/ that selection though.. i tryed w/ Hs an i got 0 exp an 1 exp : Then i took it off an it worked fine.
