Back on Maplestory, Perma nx?

| I just came back to MapleStory from when I quit before, now i have a level 37 dual blader, made freshly two days ago. I am going to buy NX to get the books, some gacha, etc. I've heard about "Perma-NX" is this event-only, or is it an option to whenever you want to buy something? |

| Well the books are kind of expensive, much more than the evan books Anyway 60k is probably enough for get the books, some perma nx, and maybe 35k or 10k gach depending on what permas you get |
