How to grind properly?

Well im trying to get my new duel blader to 50 for the ring befor the event ends. He is Currently 42 with 60%. Well basically ive never been effeicent at grinding through levels. So i mean 50 isnt a big deal for most people but i dont have very much time so can yall post some tips. Anyways thanks,

play music and try to find something to focus on other than your % Like count your kills or something... also talking with your guild helps pass time

lure, or sweep. luring is luring a big mob, then killing them. usually used for flat maps with somewhat good spawn. sweep is going around, killing monsters with a single hit atk,/going around and killing small mobs with small mob atks, and occasionally the bigger mob. or do both. =D killing up on platforms will sometimes affects spawn on the bottom.

Dual Bladers can get rings? I thought their quest chain stops at 40. Do you have the LV 50 quest? If so, then do what Gavin934 says to do: Listen to music, talk with guildies/friends. Anything that makes it seem less boring.

get urself some snacks, a drink pump up some music and ur good to go. maybe take a break every 30-60mins? 5min stretch or something. get some more water :P go again for another 30-60mins. make urself comfortable with the training i guess. gl hf

Dual Blades are unable to obtain the rings due to the fact that they are not returning to the Maple World.

CPQ trade wins is great and faster than grinding, I think... On my sin, who can't mob and needs a lot of room to range, I gained about 14% every PQ NOT counting the rewards on 3/4 Max Trojans and Speed. That with the loss rank A was an additional 8%. With a victory, that was an additional 25%. So, in one hour, assuming you win 3 and loose 3, that is about 183% an hour on a character that spends most of its time trying to create gap to attack. As a Dual Blader, Triple Stab + Fatal Blow should 1~2 hit K.O. everything in that room and much faster than a sin. That means you will gain even more exp. I think that up to level 50 is more effective than grinding.

drink a gallon of something with a lot of caffeine. Blast a song (or some songs) you hate but it gets stuck in your head anyways. chair dance and spam your skills.

They can get the rings just hit lvl 40 and the quest pops up for the medal and Dbs are here to stay.

Play your favorite radio station (online preferably) turn all your sounds off in maple, develop a pattern, and follow that pattern and grind away.
