Can't distribute ap points into HP?

I am making a pg mule/hp warrior. For some reason I can't distribute my ap into hp, the box is grey and won't let me. Why is this? I'm level 14.

I think its cause you have to be level15... i'm not sure though

You have to be 20 + to add hp/mp i think

Can anyone confirm which level you need to be to distribute hp and mp?

you can save up point's tell 15 or 20

You need level 20. Save the AP and use it after level 20.
