Problems with advancing to semi blader.

Alright, so my dual blader just turned level 20. I'm looking for the quest, but I can't seem to find the quest for it. I skipped Maple Island, and just went right to Victoria Island. Is this how I messed up? Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does the Dark Lord in Kerning not talk to you? Also, press Q, then view Available Quests, and check the top for something.

@Subxenos No, I finished all his quests, and I did look for available quests and I didn't see anything about Dual Blades.
