What will nexon do about the mastery books when are out

Ive been thinkin what will happen when the mastery books are no longer in the cash shop? will we be able to find them and what will happen to the skills (*note* i did not play evan because i dont like evan i think it is a discrace for a mage) but back on topic will the skills just dissapeare such as bloody storm witch need scrools to be unlocked or what? also what happened at kms? a responce from anyone would be niice EXCEPT: PALIDANS AND EVANS thank you
