Not receieving my lv 40 mask!

So i got my DB to lv 40 and light bulb came i clicked on the lv 40 DB gift quest I didnt get my lv 40 mask Anything like this happen to anyone? Or anyone know hwo to fix this

Lol the quest said lv. 20, lv. 30, lv. 50, lv. 70, lv. 100 for masks check on website :O Add Meh DB D= iChuckSocks

It's a glitch were is cancels the quest and you can't get the level 40 mask. The mask does exist, but you can't get it :P
