Need help with training and build at lvl 98

I hope to hit 100 (10% right now to 100) sometime soon, prolly will be training at gallopera, typhon, or newts. If you need a Ranger in bera, whisper me. Any other good mini dungeons to train in besides newts? I changed my mind on my Ranger build and went for power (will change with big bang). So my build is like: Thrust: 0 (no plans to add here) Puppet: 5 Inferno: 1 Summon Bird: 1 Strafe: 30 Mortal Blow: 6 Arrow Rain: 30 I have 15 sp stored up from leveling and am not sure what skill to put it in. I think I am between mortal blow and puppet. Also could someone please explain to me how these potential items work, they sound awesome and I should try to get my hands on them. Thanks!

for newts you need at least 21 hawk. and for the sake of efficiency, get 29. believe me, on my BM that lvl 29 hawk has saved me plenty of times. also, get 1 more puppet. 6 puppet is the least you should have how can you have 2 mortal blow, when the minimum to unlock arrow rain is 5?

mortal blow is not that useful as many other skills if your gonna train at newties, i recommend getting at least 21 hawk

You max Mortal Blow when you don't have anything else to max. Go for Silver Hawk, then Puppet.
