As a guess, Nexon disabled any hammer glitched items either that or Hermits just don't work.

I don't see anything wrong.... does it give you an error or something when you try to equip it? You might want to mail those SS's to nexon and ask them as well.

I remember something about some equips being glitched awhile ago and players being unable to equip them... *was it duey/transfer?* Thought it was fixed.

Rofl @ Comments. Go to maker to get the full durability. After that you can equip it. You probably made the worst trade ever if you sold it. EDIT: I mean the makers in the citys, like the shoe/glove makers I think.
